This is all new to me…I never thought I would be TEXTING an article from the road. What is this world coming to?! Our furlough travels have begun in earnest. February brought us to Long Island, NY; Wiscasset, ME; Torrington, CT; Colubus, NJ; and presently Odenton, MD. All that has been squeezed between busy times of schooling, basketball games, birthday parties, church activies, visits, and the common necessities of life (you know, laundry and eating!). Makes me tired just thinking about it. 😉 We’re trusting the Lord to have our bus in order by the following weekend for the start of our 6-month journey in reporting to our dear supporting churches. What a mammoth task this has turned out to be! I’m reminded of the manifold grace of God. His goodness carries us though every time of need. Several times in Psalm 107 it is expresses, “Oh that men would praise the Lord for goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!” What a challenge to keep a heavenly view of life here. It makes all the difference in the world. Our perspective and obedience to the Lord can also make a difference in the lives of others, now and in eternity. Rejoicing in the Lord,
